	ENERGY AND MATTER TRANSMUTATIONS

	INTRODUCTION
	In the previous paper it was stated that the energy is the basis for all spirit and matter manifestations. Spirit is the foundation of all life while matter is the foundation of all form in the universe. Vast stream of spirit and matter energy proceeding from the Isle of Paradise has never lapsed proving the everlasting presence of its source- the Universal Absolute Reality of God. Ever existent spirit energy force is derived from the self-existent Universal Absolute Father of the Absolute Reality, is modified by the Eternal Son and its mandate is executed by Conjoint Actor as the Third Source and Center of Trinity, all centers residing in the upper Paradise. The universal free space is involved in the universe energy- matter formation of universes of time and space. Although the space potential is under personal control of Universal Father, The First Source and Center of the upper Paradise, its modification is in the totality the operating function of the Unqualified Absolute of the nether Paradise. United Paradise spirit and space energies as the “river of light and life” are continuously outpouring from the Paradise Deities as the united and universal circular force going forth to universes of time and space pervading all creation. Spirit non-actualized blueprint, present in the space energy potential which becomes matter in Grand space, actualizes by the experience in the superuniverses of time and space and then returns back to its Paradise source. Entering the Grand space the Paradise space energy undergoes various transmutations in the process of the matter formation in time and space, which is the subject of this paper. Matter in all universes, except in the Central Universe, is identical. Matter in its physical properties depends on the revolutionary rates of its component members, their distance from the nuclear body or the space content of matter, as well as on the presence of certain other forces. Time as related to the matter is based on the length of time required for the orbiting body to complete one revolution around its center. Time is not reckoned on Paradise. In Havona each world has its own local time determined by its circuit, and all worlds in a given circuit have the same length of year since they uniformly swing around Paradise. Paradise-Havona day is the standard time measurement for the seven superuniverses, although each superuniverse or its worlds maintains its own internal time standards. One Paradise-Havona day is a trifle less then one thousand years of the present Urantia leap-year calendar unwittingly resting on the truth- “ A day is as a thousand years with God, as but the watch in the night”.






	UNITS OF SPACE ENERGY AND MATTER
	While the Grand space charge of universal force is homogeneous and undifferentiated, the organization of evolved energy into matter entails the concentration of this primary energy into discrete masses of definite dimensions and established weight- precise gravity reaction. The relative integrity of matter allows the energy to be absorbed or released only in its discrete basic units or its multiple of same manifestation, known as the quantum energies. Quantum energies of our superuniverse of Orvonton are classified in one hundred octaves where vibratory or wave- like behavior of quanta in octaves is wholly determined by the dimensions of the material structures concerned and such wave-like energy ripples are always the 860 times the diameter multiples of their basic units or quantums of ultimatons, electrons or atoms etc. Local or linear gravity becomes fully operative with the appearance of the atomic organization of matter. Although there are ten grand divisions of matter here are mentioned only six of them:
	Ultimatonic matter- prime physical units of material existence which make up electrons. Subelectronic matter- is found in solar supergases. Electronic matter- is electrical/electronic group stage of matter such as electrons, protons. Subatomic matter- is found in interior matter of hot suns. Atomic matter- chemical stage of elemental organization that make up molecules. Molecular matter- visible relatively stable materialized energy.

	Ultimatons once formed, function only by mutual attraction, responding only to the circular Paradise- gravity pull and without presence of linear-gravity they are circulating as the universal drift around Paradise. Upon the coordinated activity of the Power Centers and their associates at the superuniverse headquarters, ultimatons are slowed down, being manipulated through many phases of physical activity before attaining the revolutionary- energy prerequisites to enter into the electrical stage or the electron organization. One hundred associated ultimatons make one electron. Ultimatonic axial revolutionary velocities are the determinant of the differential electronic dimensions and + or – reactions of electron units. The quantity of energy taken in or given out from the electronic or other energy unit positions is always a quantum or its quanta/multiple, but the vibratory or wavelike behavior of such units of energy is wholly determined by the dimensions of its material structure. Such wavelike energy ripples are always 860 times the diameters of the performing units as already indicated above. Electrons have never no more no less then one hundred ultimatons within their constitution held by inter- ultimatonic mutual attraction. The loss of one or more ultimatons destroys typical electronic identity, thus bringing into existence one of the ten modified forms of electron. Ultimatons do not orbit within the electron nucleus, but they do spread or cluster in it in accordance with their axial revolutionary velocities, thus determining the differential electronic dimensions. This same ultimatonic velocity of axial revolution also determines the negative or positive reactions of the electronic unit types. Atoms may contain from one to one hundred orbital electrons. Only the outer ten electrons of the larger atoms revolve around the central nucleus as distinct and discrete bodies, swinging around on precise and definite orbits. -The thirty electrons nearest the center are difficult of observation or detection as separate and organized bodies. This same comparative ratio of electronic in relation to nuclear proximity is obtained in all atoms regardless of the number of electrons embraced. The nearer to the nucleus the less there is electronic individuality and the wavelike energy extensions of an electron may spread so as to occupy the whole of the lesser atomic orbits, especially nearer they are to the atomic nucleus. Their energy system tends to intermingle extending from electron to electron. -The next thirty electrons constitute the second family or energy zone, and are of advancing individuality as bodies of matter exerting a more complete control over their energy systems. -The next thirty electrons, the third energy zone, are even more individualized and circulate in more distinct and definite orbits. -The last ten electrons, present in only ten heaviest elements have full independence and are able more freely to escape from the control of their mother nucleus.
	Atomic cohesion
	Throughout the atom inter-electronic space is activated by wavelike manifestations which are perfectly synchronized with electronic velocity and ultimatonic revolutions and this influence seems to be a space-force reaction of the Unqualified Absolute. Atomic nucleus is the center of atomic “minute” universe of energy as the relatively stable, comparatively stationary, nuclear portion of the material existence surrounded by the whirling fluctuating circuits of energy units being somewhat similar to the planets encircling the sun. The integrity of the atomic nucleus is maintained by the reciprocating function of the mesotron, a particle 180 times as heavy as electron. Mesotron is able to hold charged proton and uncharged neutron together because of the superior force-mass power and by its functional ability to cause protons and neutrons constantly to change places. The mesotron causes the electric charge of the nuclear particles to be incessantly tossed back and forth between protons and neutrons at a speed of one infinitesimal part of a second so that at this super- rapid exchange, the electric charge is deprived of all opportunity to function as the disruptive nuclear force. Thus mesotron function is of the “energy- carrier” nuclear stabilizer atomic particle. Breaking up of the mesotronic “energy- carrier” function results in the emission of the energy and the release of certain smaller uncharged particles and mesotron becomes a mere electron.
	ORGANIZATION OF ENERGY - MATTER
	The gravity responding Paradise primary energy charge carries the potential of the universe energy power and becomes the active ancestor of all universe matter resulting from the pressure-presence and the tension- trends of the catalytic property of the Secondary or the Associate Paradise Master Force Organizers. Passing from the Puissant to the gravity stage, this primary energy charge becomes rapidly responsive to the circular absolute Paradise gravity disclosing certain potential for the sensitivity to the linear gravity pull inherent in the soon appearing material mass of the electronic and post- electronic stages of the superuniverse energy. Upon the appearance of the linear gravity response, the Associate Master Force Organizers retire from the energy cyclones of space as soon as the Universe Power Directors are assigned to that field. Although all energy is circulating the Paradise, the Universe Power Directors direct the force- energies of nether Paradise for modifications in the space functions of the central and super- universes, converting and directing these energies into channels for useful application. This channeled power charge presently consists of three currents of energy of ten segregations each and these three phases of post- Paradise space- energy charge are spread throughout the space of the grand universe representing the three basic platforms for the building of the phases of super-creations of space, i.e. superuniverses with local universes and physical universes within. This present energy system of three currents of ten energy segregations each, represents the domain of the God Sevenfold functioning under the time- space over-control of the God Supreme. At the designated center for the superuniverse headquarters this three space currents of primary energy, of ten segregations each, begun to be processed by the Superuniverse Power Centers, where they manipulate and assume the control of only twenty- one of thirty phases of this primary energy or seven ultimatonic energy segregations per each of the three currents of primary energy. Now, these seven energy segregations continue further, from the seats of the Power Centers, as the united specialized directed currents of organized electronic energy power responding to the needs of the local/ linear gravity of matter universe, serving as the specialized directed currents of localized energies of time and space for the specific purposes of the local universe centers, their constellations and local systems. Such directed path of energy as the “river of life”, continue to be streamlined through the subdivisions of the superuniverse space as the individualized currents of the energy- power, from one Power Center to another, or from one Physical Controller of energy to the other, and all within the phases and subphases of undifferentiated space energy, similar to the presence of the currents of the gulf-stream within the various depth segments of the vast ocean waters.
	CONCLUSION
	There is the meaningful correlation between the reappearing number seven which is inherent to the central universe and the spiritual system of the basic spirit transmission of character, and the number ten, the decimal system, which is also manifested in the energy and the material creation. In all physical universes of time and space, number ten signifies the decimal constitution of the nether Paradise energy, while number seven signifies the creative spatial sevenfold presence of the upper Paradise Master Spirit manifesting from the ultimatonic pre-matter into the sevenfold electronic and atomic transfer of character(istics) of the matter organization. This sevenfold persistence of creative constitution is exhibited in the chemical domains as a recurrence of similar physical and chemical properties in segregated periods of seven when the basic elements are arranged in order of their atomic weights. When the chemical elements are arranged in a row, any given quality or property tends to recur by atomic weights. This periodic change by seven recurs diminishingly and with variations throughout the entire chemical table, being most observable in the earlier or lighter atomic groupings. Starting from any one element such quality will change for the next six consecutive elements. Such a fact of the physical world points to the definitive sevenfold constitution of the ancestral spirit energy and manifests the presence of the fundamental spirit reality in the sevenfold diversity of the creations of time and space.
